September:

October:
"My Community" - the people who work in our community/neighborhood
"Fire Safety" - all about fire safety and prevention
"Halloween" - bats, spiders, and pumpkins (all you'll need to know)
November:
"Harvest Time" - farming and equipment, gathering fruits and vegetables
"A Healthy Me and a Healthy You" - nutrition
"Thanksgiving" - celebrating families, sharing and giving thanks, Native Americans, and Pilgrims
December:
"Celebrating the Season" - the Birth of Christ, American Christmas Traditions, Christmas Around the World, and the Nutcracker
January:
"Winter Weather" - ice, water, evaporation, air, sunlight
"Animals in Winter" - animals who thrive in winter/cold areas, migration, and hiberation
